In rugby, selection pressure is the constant mental weight of knowing your spot in the squad depends on every training session, every contact drill, and every decision under fatigue. For The Flow-Seeker, this creates a unique psychological trap. Your intrinsic motivation means you play for the love of the game, the feel of perfect timing on a tackle, the rhythm of support play. Selection pressure forces you to perform for external judgment instead.
